Audition for a theatrical adaptation of Finding Nemo. We are casting child and teen actors for this engaging production.

Important Note: Only local talent will be accepted.

About the Project

Synopsis: This adaptation follows Marlin, an overprotective clownfish, on his journey across the ocean to find his son Nemo, who has been captured and placed in a dentist’s fish tank. Along the way, Marlin teams up with Dory, a forgetful but optimistic companion, and encounters various oceanic characters that challenge his fears and need for control. This production emphasizes ensemble storytelling, physical theater, and character doubling, making it ideal for young audiences.

Audition Requirements

  • Prepare 1 short contemporary monologue and 1 short song in the style of Hairspray (to be considered for A Christmas Carol, Hairspray, and Finding Nemo).
  • Bring sheet music in the key you plan to sing, along with your headshot and resume.
  • An accompanist will be provided.
  • Auditions should not exceed 3 minutes total.
