Featured child extras are needed for a commercial for Integris Health.

Location & Scheduling

• Filming Location: Oklahoma City
• Filming Dates: One day, either August 26 or 27. The schedule is not finalized, so applicants must be available on both days until the schedule is locked.

Eligibility Requirements

• Only local talent will be accepted.
• Participants cannot appear in any other healthcare commercial while this commercial is running.

Usage & Compensation

• Pay: $1,000 total ($500 session fee + $500 usage). No travel or hotel will be provided.
• Usage: One year of exclusive usage within the healthcare system category. Includes television, print, paid and organic social media, digital advertising, client websites, and related promotional materials within Oklahoma.
• Extension Option: Client shall have the option to extend usage for one additional year for an additional $500 fee.
