Swimwear Lifestyle Photo Shoot: Real Families of Four or More

Project Overview

Seeking real families of four or more, ideally with children ages 4–11, for a lifestyle photo shoot. This swimwear-focused shoot will showcase new products, so directors are specifically looking for families with at least one boy and one girl to represent the full product line.

Location & Schedule

• Location: Great Wolf Lodge Mashantucket
• Check-In: Tuesday, September 8th
• Shoot Day: Wednesday, September 9th, 6:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m
• Check-Out: Wednesday, September 9th
• Production Schedule:
  • September 8th: Wardrobe fitting (approximately 30 min in the evening)
  • September 9th: Photo shoot (approximately 4 hours)
  • September 9th: Check out by 11:00 AM, then enjoy the waterpark through closing!

Compensation & Perks

Selected families will receive:

• $500 total cash compensation for the family
• Complimentary lodging for September 8th (check-out Sep 9th) & full waterpark use September 8th & September 9th
• 1-Night Future Stay Voucher, Valid: 9/9/26 – 9/10/27
  • Includes: Kids Cabin Suite or similar (up to $700 value)-Future stay vouchers are subject to blackout dates and room availability.
• Four (4) Paw Passes (a $99.99 value each)
• Dinner, breakfast, and lunch vouchers during production
• Room accommodations will be assigned based on family size.

Important Notes

• ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED.
• Lifestyle photography featuring waterpark scenes.
• All participants must be comfortable wearing swimwear as you will be in it the entire shoot. Your family must have at least one boy and one girl.
• No visible tattoos larger than 5 inches. Photos of any visible tattoos under 5 inches must be included with your submission and must be able to be covered with makeup.
• All submitted family members should be comfortable interacting naturally on camera.
• Casting real families who enjoy being in front of the camera and are excited to help capture authentic vacation moments.
• Submission Deadline: Monday, August 24th, 2026.
