Project Overview

Seeking local actors aged 12 and older for the web series "The Nothing Club," inspired by WizKids by Natalie Davey. The story follows 10-year-old Frankie, who aspires to be popular and starts an after-school club, struggling to decide its theme. Joined by his friends Wendy and Wonder, along with supportive adults, each episode explores a new theme from board games to baking competitions.

Roles

  • Actors aged 12+: Seeking individuals to portray characters in the series, particularly those with lived disability experience. This includes anyone who identifies as Mad, D/deaf, neurodivergent, chronically ill, physically disabled, or a combination thereof.

Dates & Deadlines

  • Audition Date: To be confirmed - self-tapes will be requested from selected talent.

Compensation

  • Rate: ACTRA - New Media Tier D.
    • $632.25 for Principal roles.
    • $426.75 for Actor roles.
  • No buyout/pre-payment; 1st year buy-out included in daily rate with an 8% DGR after year 1.
