Project Overview
Seeking local teens for the play "John Proctor Is The Villain." This production explores the dynamics of a high school English class in a small Georgia town as they study "The Crucible." The students grapple with themes of young love, sex education, and school scandals, questioning the traditional view of John Proctor as the hero of the story.

Dates & Deadlines
- Callbacks: May 29th from 2 PM to 7 PM at the Arsht Center.
- Rehearsals Begin: April 6th, 2027
- Performances: April 29th, 2027 to May 16th, 2027
Audition Requirements
- Prepare 2 contrasting contemporary monologues showcasing range, language, and vulnerability.
- If auditioning for the musical, prepare a 32-bar cut of a standard, musical theater, or pop song.
- Bring two copies of your headshot/resume.
- Each candidate will have 5 minutes for their audition.
- An Equity Monitor will not be provided; bring your Equity Membership card to auditions.
Compensation
- SPT $565 weekly minimum, increasing to $582 on 01/04/27.
