Project Overview

ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Seeking real families, grandpa/granddaughters, kid cousins, and Harry Potter fan kid friends for a Universal Studios commercial.

Project Details

  • Location: Orlando, FL
  • Union Status: NON-UNION
  • Local Hire Requirement: MUST be able to work in the Orlando, FL area as a LOCAL HIRE. Travel/Transportation/Accommodation will NOT be provided. OK to live outside the Orlando area as long as you are a reasonable self-drive to the Orlando area and are not expecting compensation for travel. MUST be local hire and NOT require a flight to work in the Orlando area.

Schedule

  • Zoom Callbacks (if selected): FRIDAY 10/9/26 -or- TUESDAY 10/13/26
  • Fitting (if necessary): THURSDAY 10/22/26 -or- FRIDAY 10/23/26
  • Filming: WEDNESDAY 10/28/26, THURSDAY 10/29/26, FRIDAY 10/30/26
    • MUST be available for ALL Listed dates. You may work between 1-3 of these Filming dates, but need to have full availability for ALL dates pending final schedule.
    • Call Times are TBD, so you should have FULL DAY availability to allow for whatever the Call/Wrap Time ends up being. MUST be FLEXIBLE and available if you submit in case of changes.

Compensation

  • Fitting Fee: Paid, Rate TBD
  • Session Fee: $600.00 (per work day)
  • Buyout: $10,000 (NOT guaranteed - payable only if Talent is in final cut of commercial. Includes 2 years of Still Usage)

Usage & Conflicts

  • Usage: Worldwide. All Media. 2 years.
  • Conflicts: Theme Parks

Minor Requirements

  • For any MINOR roles - Parent/Guardian MUST remain on set with child at all times.

Has a bit of grit and determination now that he's about to move up to middle school, still has a childish enthusiasm for his favorite characters The Minions, not the 'jock-kid" who always gets picked first for sports teams but also not un-athletic - has some interest in sports, real natural kids. Former or current athletes or real sports fans, actors or 'real people', interesting and unusual faces rather than stereotypical 'commercial' looks. Parent/Guardian MUST remain on set at all times

GRANDDAUGHTER

Energetic, fun-loving, sports fan, able to believably interact with a 65-70 year old grandpa and portray an emotional closeness, adventurous, imagine a Grandpa-Granddaughter who are both big Eagles fans and have somehow managed to get tickets to the Super Bowl. It's that kind of feeling, but instead of a Football team, this pair love muscle cars. Former or current athletes or real sports fans, actors or 'real people', interesting and unusual faces rather than stereotypical 'commercial' looks.

QUIDDITCH FRIENDS

Fun, energetic, real kids, able to play massive Harry Potter Fans (helpful if you're a REAL Harry Potter fan!), they've been begging they're parents to take them all to Universal for ages and finally the day has come... They're here... They've spent all their pocket money in Quality Quidditch Supplies, and – like this is their Super Bowl – they're ready to take Harry Potter's Wizarding World for everything it's got.
