POC Family with Child (Ages 5-10) for Stills and B-Roll Shoot in Vancouver

Project Overview

ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Seeking a POC family with a child ages 5-10 for a one day stills and b-roll shoot in Vancouver.

Compensation

• $500 CAD per person for the day, flat, buyout included.
• Images and footage may be used worldwide in any media in perpetuity, on Destination Vancouver's website and social channels, in paid advertising, and by their partners and members.

Shoot Details

• Date: Wednesday, October 14, 2026.
• Three setups: a couple shopping at Oakridge Park, two couples eating at Time Out Market, and a family out in the fall colours at VanDusen Botanical Garden and Stanley Park.

Creative Vision

• Directors want people who look like people. Warm, natural, easy with each other.
• The whole shoot is candid rather than posed, so real couples, real friends and real families are very welcome to submit together.
• Directors are casting for range in age, ethnicity and gender identity, and they welcome non-heteronormative pairings and Indigenous talent.

Additional Requirements

• All talent sign Destination Vancouver and Destination BC releases.
• Non-union preferred, Vancouver local only.
