Project Overview
We are seeking dedicated child performers with experience in various dance styles, including Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, and other styles rooted in African American culture such as Tap, Majorette, and African-inspired dance.

- Child dancers with experience in the specified dance styles.
Dates & Deadlines
- Rehearsal Dates: To be determined based on cast availability. Atlanta dancers must have internet access and a rehearsal space for online rehearsals. Limited in-person rehearsals will be scheduled.
- Tech Week: September 21 - 25 (Atlanta dancers may need to travel to Greensboro during this period.)
- Dress Rehearsal: October 2
- Show Date: October 3

Ensemble Roles
The Beads, The Clouds, Weave Kingdom, and The Land of Locs and Fros Inhabitants: Select ensemble cast members will be offered paid contracts and/or stipends based on dance background, experience, and ensemble role. Must have dance training and performance experience in Contemporary, Jazz, or Ballet. African, Hip Hop, Pointe, and Tap dance are a plus! Stipends range from $50 to $250 (paid at the end of the project). Hourly rate ranges $12 - 22/hour (paid monthly).
