Dates & Deadlines

• Shoot Dates: May 20-21
• Photos Due: By 10 AM on May 9, 2026

Location

• Shoot Location: Springfield, MO, and Ridgedale, MO (In Studio in Springfield)

Compensation

• Rate: $750 for a half day
• Status: Non-Union
• Additional Compensation: 20% Agency Fee (if applicable) + Travel/Lodging stipend (if applicable)
• Usage: Stills & Video for Print and Online Catalog (with potential for broadcast use) for 1 year.

Submission Requirements

When applying, please submit the following:

• Full Body Portfolio Photos/Headshot (2 photos required)
• CURRENT DIGITALS reflecting your current look:
  • Photo 1: Waist up - Smiling
  • Photo 2: Full Body - Smiling
• Label all photos as follows: ROLE_NAME_PHOTOTYPE_AGENCY (e.g., M1_NAME_1_AGENCY, KIDS_NAME_1_MYAGENT)
• If you do not have an agent, please include your cell phone number at the end in place of the agent.

Note: Teams understand that infants/kids/youth may not have portfolio shots due to their growth. Nice cell phone shots are acceptable as long as they reflect the current look.
