Chesapeake Tourism Project Casting at Chesapeake Museum

Project Overview

Casting talents for an upcoming half-day shoot scheduled for October 27th at the Chesapeake Museum. There are 2 sessions available.

Compensation

• Children: $400 (half-day)

Wardrobe & Makeup

• Talent must be comfortable showing wardrobe options before arrival.
• Talent will need to bring wardrobe based on provided specifications, which will be supplied in advance.
• Makeup will be provided on-site.

Usage & Release

• All talent, including minors through their parent or guardian, must sign a full commercial usage buyout/release for photography and video.

On-Site Details

• Snacks and beverages will be provided, but not meals cause its half day.
• A parent must accompany the child talent but we don’t’ want their whole family there, that happens sometimes.
• Indoor holding and restrooms will be available throughout the day.

Submission Materials

• Submit a RECENT headshot AND full-body photo by 12 noon on Friday 10/16.
• Include name and age of children in body of email.
• Make sure your file is labeled with your first and last name.
• Specify WHICH time frame you are submitting for in your email.
• NOTE - The client has specified RECENT meaning within the past 30 days.
