Food Lion Commercial Campaign: Real People, Kids, and Babies

Project Overview

Seeking real people of all ages and backgrounds for an upcoming Food Lion commercial campaign. Casting kids, babies, and real Food Lion associates for a series of spots centered on everyday grocery-store moments, community, and the people who make those experiences feel personal.

Location & Eligibility

• Location: Charleston, SC, United States
• Shooting Area: Charlotte, NC, area
• Eligibility: ONLY NC AND LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED.
• Travel: TRAVEL WILL BE PAID IF NOT LOCAL TO CHARLOTTE, NC

Compensation & Usage

• Rate: $855.20 for an 8-hour day, plus applicable SAG-AFTRA use payments/residuals. Residuals are paid once the commercial airs on TV and can total several thousand dollars.
• Stills Session: $400 for up to 10 hours. If recognizable in the final stills materials, an additional $2,000 plus a 20% usage fee applies.
• Stills Usage: 3 years across internet/digital/social, industrial, print, and PR.
• Project Usage: Broadcast, cable, streaming/internet, and other applicable commercial usage, with supermarket/grocery store exclusivity.

Dates

• Potential Filming: November 3–6, 2026
• Potential Stills Day: November 8, 2026

Looking for warm, memorable, and relatable people with natural personality and charm. People who feel genuine, distinctive, and completely themselves. No professional acting experience is required. In fact, the directors are especially interested in real people who may not normally think of themselves as “actors.”
