Food Lion Commercial Campaign Seeking Kids and Babies in Charlotte, NC

Project Overview

Casting kids, babies, and real Food Lion associates for an upcoming commercial campaign centered around everyday grocery-store moments, community, and the people who make those experiences feel personal.

Location & Travel

• Shooting Location: Charlotte, NC area
• Talent Requirement: ONLY NC AND LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED.
• Travel: TRAVEL WILL BE PAID IF NOT LOCAL TO CHARLOTTE, NC

Project Dates

• Potential Filming: November 3–6, 2026
• Potential Stills Day: November 8, 2026

Compensation

• Principal Filming: $855.20 for an 8-hour day, plus applicable SAG-AFTRA use payments/residuals. Residuals are paid once the commercial airs on TV and can amount to several thousand dollars.
• Stills Session: $400 for up to 10 hours. If recognizable in final stills materials, an additional $2,000 usage fee applies.

Usage & Exclusivity

• Stills Usage: 3 years across internet/digital/social, industrial, print, and PR.
• Media Usage: The project includes broadcast, cable, streaming/internet, and other applicable commercial usage, with supermarket/grocery store exclusivity.

Casting Requirements

• Looking for warm, memorable, and relatable people with natural personality and charm.
• Seeking people who feel genuine, distinctive, and completely themselves.
• No professional acting experience is required. The directors are especially interested in real people who may not normally think of themselves as “actors.”
