IKR DREAMPOOL is a casting and talent discovery platform connecting models, talent, and creative professionals with casting opportunities, brand projects, and industry events.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees at the rates in effect when incurred
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize recurring charges until cancelled

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime through your account settings.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IKR DREAMPOOL and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without prior written consent.

We do not endorse or guarantee any casting opportunities, job offers, or business relationships facilitated through the Platform. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or at our discretion. You may delete your account anytime through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
